Unless stated otherwise, the materials within this website are presented for the
purposes of promoting Paris Hairdressing products and providing information
relating to Paris Hairdressing products to wholesaler's and the general public.
Under no circumstance may material from this website be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Videos
or images of products ordered from the Paris Hairdressing website may be sent
to sales@parishairdressing.com.au. These images or videos may then be used by
the creators of the website purely for educational purposes within the website.
All names, faces and links to life outside of the website will be blocked and
blacked out for security purposes. Use of any material in this website on any
other website or networked computer is prohibited. All rights are reserved by
Paris Hairdressing as the copyright licensee.
All prices are charged in Australian currency. Unless stated otherwise, the
total transaction amount may vary depending on the exchange rate used by your
credit card company and the country in which you are ordering products from.
A website member may not have more than one active membership account with
Paris Hairdressing at one time whether it is happening by change of name, email,
address or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, you may become
ineligible for any upcoming benefits or promotions as set out by the website.
You may update, edit, or terminate your membership account at any time. As a
member of the Paris Hairdressing website, you are solely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to
take sole responsibility for any actions that take place under your account

Prices listed on this website may not be current or in accordance with retail
pricing. Paris Hairdressing reserves the right to vary or modify the prices
listed within the website in accordance with wholesaler or discounted retail
prices in which Paris Hairdressing chooses to impend. Paris Hairdressing aims
to provide constant availability of stock to the subscriber, within reason
depending on availability.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and
Paris Hairdressing is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Paris
Hairdressing is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late
delivery or cancellation of an order or product. Paris Hairdressing may
accept (in whole or part) or decline any order.
Paris Hairdressing reserves the right to replace faulty goods depending
on the nature of the fault. Any fault caused due to poor handling or
incorrect use of the product will not be accepted into the replacement
of the goods. All returns must be authorised by Paris Hairdressing and
will incur a 15% handling charge prior to the product being returned.
Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged in any way will not
be accepted for return by Paris Hairdressing.
Paris Hairdressing will make every effort to ensure our products are
delivered as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the subscriber
to inform Paris Hairdressing if an order does not arrive. Once we have
learnt that an order has not arrived by its due date, we will make all
efforts to locate the lost order. If we are unable to locate the lost order
we will resend the existing order depending on the nature of the orders
disappearance.
Paris Hairdressing reserves the right to allocate conditions set upon all
promotions and specials within the website. Promotions and specials are
subject to change depending on the nature of the promotion and will not be
eligible for use once the validity period has passed.

Management. Booking times for Specials and Discount products and services
offers are made at the discretion of Paris Hairdressing.

Paris Hairdressing assumes no responsibility for the content or use of materials
from such sites or subsequent site links back to the Paris Hairdressing website.

that bypass any security protection or password that Paris Hairdressing have
established are also prohibited.
